Nuestros jóvenes participantes apoyadores del partido en el foco de la atención
El Partido para los Animales es el partido que por excelencia se dedica a las futuras generaciones. Luchamos por un mundo habitable, ahora y tambien en el futuro. Nos preocupa bastante saber si nuestros hijos van a tener una mejor vida que nosotros, tanto en el sentido material como inmaterial. Los jóvenes también tienen estas preocupaciones. La sostenibilidad es un tema que es prioritario en su agenda. Muchos jóvenes votantes se identifican con la visión amplia que tiene el Partido para los Animales. Esto tambien resulta de la vision universal que tienen los dos jovenes participantes y apoyadores de nuestro partido: Malou de 17 años y Teske de 21 años.
“Los jóvenes del Milenio son el futuro,” dice Lieke Keller, la directora de la junta ejecutiva de nuestro partido en una entrevista con un canal de television. “Necesitamos jóvenes comprometidos con un mundo sostenible”.
Malou, la mas joven apoyadora de nuestro partido en Holanda, acepto sin dudar un momento la invitación que la hizo el partido. “Me gusta hacer esto. Para mi es mportante que hay más atención para los problemas del clima. Especialmente entre los jóvenes.”
Con más de 330.000 seguidores Teske de Schepper es una popular YouTuber entre los jóvenes. De Schepper: “la política no es un tema tan atractivo entre los jóvenes, pero si me parece muy cool mostrar a mis seguidores mis normas y valores indicandoles mi elección para el Partido para los Animales. Asi espero ser un ejemplo para estimular que los jóvenes voten tambien por este partido”
The Party for the Animals is the perfect example of a party that is dedicated to future generations. We undertake to promote an inhabitable world, now and in the future. We are worried about whether our children will have better lives than our generation, in a material as well as an immaterial sense. Young people share our concerns, and sustainability is an important item on their agendas. The fact that so many young voters identify with the Party for the Animals’ planet-wide vision becomes evident from our two young ‘lijstduwers’, supporters of our party who are at the bottom of our party list: 17-year-old Malou Herstel and 21-year-old Teske de Schepper.
“Millennials are the future,” says director of our party headquarters Lieke Keller in an interview with Dutch news broadcaster NOS. “We need young people that work towards a sustainable world.”
Malou, the youngest ‘lijstduwer’ in the Netherlands, did not hesitate to accept the party’s invitation. “I am happy to do it. It is essential that greater attention is paid to climate issues – especially among young people.
With over 330,000 followers, Teske de Schepper is a popular Youtuber among young people. De Schepper: “Politics is not a very sexy topic for the young generation, but I think it is cool to promote my norms and values in choosing the Party for the Animals. This way, I hope to encourage other young people to make the same choice.”
